The DD Quarterly newsletter is published by the Ohio Legal Rights Service for the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council (ODDC). The newsletter provides information about topics and issues that affect Ohioans with disabilities. ODDC discontinued the newsletter after the Winter 2011 edition.
